Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, broiled and cut
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp flavourer
- 1 cup stock
- 3 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tsp juice
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 3 cups broccoli, steamed
- 2 cups cheddar, shredded
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat kitchen appliance to 350F.
- In a giant pan, soften butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook till onion is softened. Stir in flavourer. Add in cauliflower rice.
- Cook till cauliflower is softened. Stir in stock and cook lined for ten minutes.
- Stir in cream and juice. cut back heat to medium low. Let simmer for ten minutes. Stir in salad dressing and take away from heat.
- Add half chicken into cauliflower mixture. unfold the opposite half the chicken on all-time low of associate 8x8 casserole dish. Add broccoli. high with cauliflower mixture. cowl with cheddar. cowl casserole and bake for half-hour.
- Remove cowl and bake for an extra ten minutes. Serve hot. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
