INGREDIENTS
- 1 giant head cauliflower, clean and separated into florets (1 pound.)
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ocean salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (40 grams)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat kitchen appliance to 425 degrees F.
- In a giant bowl, use your hands to coat the cauliflower florets with the vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
