Our Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Cinnamon cheese ice is Associate in Nursing previous family formula that solely gets higher with age (and they style rather like pumpkin pie!)
INGREDIENTS
PUMPKIN SPICE COOKIES:
- 1/2 Cup Butter (Sweet Cream Salted)
- one Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- one Cup Canned Pumpkin
- two Cups Flour
- 4 tsp. leaven
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger
- one Cup sliced Walnuts or Pecans (optional)
- Cookie Sheets
- Parchment Paper
CINNAMON cheese FROSTING:
- 1/2 Cup Butter (Sweet Cream Salted)
- 8 oz. block of cheese
- 3 tsp. Vanilla
- four cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
PUMPKIN SPICE COOKIES:
- In a mixer cream the butter and sugar till light-weight and downlike.
- Add eggs and pumpkin and blend well.
- Sift flour, leaven, salt and spices along and fold into cookie batter.
- Mix till well mixed.
- Drop a containerful of the cookie batter onto a cooking utensil.
- Bake during a 350 degree kitchen appliance for roughly quarter-hour.
- Allow to cool down.
- Frost with Cinnamon cheese ice
CINNAMON cheese FROSTING:
- Beat cheese, butter and vanilla during a mixer till mixed.
- Add battery-powered sugar a cup at a time and still combine till sugar is incorporated.
- Finally, add cinnamon.
